Vetted Service Centres

We’ve been on both sides of the industry — as customers and as technicians. That’s why we only work with service centres that believe car care should start with honesty, not guesswork.

Hands-on, on-site vetting

Before a service centre joins MainBay, we visit in person. We assess the tools, technicians, and the way customers are treated — not just what’s on paper.

Real industry experience

Our audit team includes technicians and advisors who’ve worked in service centres themselves. We know what fair, transparent service looks like — and what it doesn’t.

What we check

From technician skill and equipment calibration to communication and safety processes, every detail is verified to protect you and your car.

Ongoing accountability

Vetting isn’t once-off. We monitor feedback, review service quality, and step in if any centre falls short. Standards aren’t negotiable.

Built on honesty

Every centre in the MainBay Network agrees to put people before profit. The customer should never pay for someone else’s inexperience or lack of care.

  • Physical, on-site audit before listing
  • Technicians’ skills and experience verified
  • Calibrated tools & certified lifts required
  • Transparent quotes and clear approval
  • Clean, secure premises and parts traceability
  • Feedback monitored after every booking
  • Centres paused if standards aren’t maintained

FAQ

How do you choose which centres to list?

We visit every service centre in person to check their tools, technicians, and how they treat customers. Only centres that meet our honesty, safety, and transparency standards become part of MainBay.

How often do you re-check centres?

We continuously monitor feedback and follow up with spot checks. If a centre’s quality drops, we pause new bookings until it meets MainBay standards again.

Do centres have to use specific parts?

Centres follow your preference where possible (OEM, OEM-equivalent, or approved alternatives). Any deviation is quoted clearly and approved by you first.

What if I have a poor experience?

Tell the service centre and copy MainBay support. We’ll investigate, help resolve the issue, and—if needed—suspend the partner until standards are restored.

Are MainBay centres insured?

Yes. We require proof of relevant business and liability insurance during vetting and at renewal.
