booking fee you pay on MainBay secures your slot and is
refundable or can be rescheduled if cancellation or rescheduling is done at least

• The balance of the service cost is payable directly to the service centre once the job is complete.
• The service centre may decline jobs if incorrect or incomplete vehicle details are provided.
• The service centre reserves the right to
cancel or postpone your booking if your vehicle displays
any warning lights or has
underlying mechanical or electrical issues that must be rectified before a standard service can be carried out.
